HR & Payroll AI Operations — EMEA
I design AI execution agents grounded in 20+ years of hands-on HR, payroll and operations leadership across EMEA. The goal is not another chatbot: it is controlled execution of real work across the systems your teams already use.
Get in touch// What I build
Every agent starts with the systems you already run — your HRIS, payroll tool, or ticketing platform. I scope the integration first, then build in stages: from intelligent, on-policy conversation to verified actions inside your own stack.
// How I work
01
A free conversation about your current systems — what you run today, where the manual work actually lives, and what's worth automating first.
02
A working agent scoped to your real workflow — payroll, onboarding, leave, or support — grounded in 20+ years of HR operations, not generic AI know-how.
03
Connection to your actual HRIS, payroll, or ticketing system — so the agent reads real data and takes real actions, not just answers questions.
04
Milestone-based development. You see working software at every stage — no big-bang delivery, no surprises.
// Why me
I spent more than 20 years leading HR, payroll and operations across EMEA, including senior operational roles with Fiat/FCA in France and Serbia. I now build AI execution agents from the operator's side of the table: understanding the process, the exceptions, the compliance exposure and the points where human judgement must remain in control.
// Control & governance
For sensitive HR and payroll workflows, the target is controlled execution: explicit approval gates for legally exposed actions, traceable workflow states, data minimisation and clearly defined permissions. Production security, retention, hosting and GDPR requirements are agreed during implementation and documented against the client's environment.
// Pricing
Every deployment starts with a defined operational scope and measurable target. Monthly access covers the agent and ongoing optimization; implementation is priced according to systems, workflows and integration complexity.
HR & Payroll Agents
For HR and payroll execution workflows. Production implementation is scoped separately according to integrations, controls, jurisdictions and deployment complexity.
Operations & Content Agents
For operational and content workflows. Setup and integrations are scoped separately according to the systems and delivery requirements involved.
What you are buying
The value is in removing repetitive work, controlling sensitive decisions, and connecting AI to real operating processes. Pricing reflects the workflow, domain logic and governance required — not the cost of the underlying model.
